Little Sister Package
3–5 Day Trips
(1-2 destinations, ie 4 day trip in Florence only)
Itinerary Only: starting at $300
Itinerary + Booking Assistance: starting at $450
Ideal for single-city or low-complexity trips (Florence, Rome, Venice, Tuscany countryside, etc.)
Middle Sister Package
6–10 Day Trips
(Multi-city destinations, ie 7 day trip in Rome, Florence and Cinque Terre)
Itinerary Only: $700 – $1,200
Itinerary + Booking Assistance: $950 – $1,500
Best for multiple destinations, cultural day-trips, and experiences that need a bit more coordination.
Big Sister Package
11–16 Day Trips
(Multi-regional destinations, special events, coast-to-countryside itineraries)
Itinerary Only: $1,300 – $1,700
Itinerary + Booking Assistance: $1,600 – $2,200
For travelers who want a seamless, deeply curated, multi-destination Italian journey.
Cousin Package
(Build your own)
Add these services to any package:
Hotel Research Only: $50 per city (includes 3–5 vetted options + booking links)
Train / Transportation Planning: $30 per traveler
Booking Assistance: Hotels, trains, car rentals, tours, drivers $25–$50 per booking (or included in Booking Packages above)
City Guides: $40 per city or $150 for a bundle of 5 cities:
Includes tips, restaurants, cafés, neighborhoods, etiquette, and local insights.

Revisions / Date Changes
First minor revision included
Major revisions (new dates, reordering cities): $150–$400 depending on scope
On-Trip Support (WhatsApp)
$15/day or $120/week
(for checking museum hours, adjusting reservations, troubleshooting, navigation, etc.)
Payment for services can be made via bank transfer through Wise. We’ll send you a secure payment link directly from our Wise account. The remaining balance will be due when we deliver your final itinerary.
